Subject: Amendments to import regulation codes, effective January 18, 2024.

The import regulation codes under CCC1905.90.10.00-3 “Empty cachets of a kind suitable for pharmaceutical use” and 16 other CCC codes have been amended.

Import regulation code “508” under CCC2934.99.90.90-1 “Other heterocyclic compounds” has been deleted, and import regulation code “847” has been added (see the attachment).

These CCC codes have been added to the Customs Assisted List of Commodities for Import Examination.

1. Article 8.1 of the “Regulations Governing Import of Commodities”

2. Document No. 1120047095 dated November 30, 2023 from the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare.
