A seminar on the 20th Anniversary of Taiwan's Accession to the WTO: Significance and Prospects was held on May 10, 2022. At the beginning of the seminar, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs Chern-Chyi Chen delivered a speech about Taiwan successful experience in joining the WTO. He also explained that Taiwan looked forward to entering the next stage of economic and trade liberalization by joining the high-standard Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
