APEC's Concluding Senior Officials' Meeting (CSOM) was held on November 15 and 16, 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand. The meeting deliberated on the following priority areas: Open to All Opportunities, Connect in All Dimensions, Balance in All Aspects. Ms. Cynthia Kiang, Director General of the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) under the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), delivered an address that touched on issues related to "Open to All Opportunities."
