The Germany-Taiwan Economic Policy Consultations were held on 11 November 2024. Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs Chern-Chyi "C.C." Chen and State Secretary to the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Udo Philipp co-chaired this meeting. The focus of the Consultations was on economic security, supply chain resilience, and potential bilateral collaboration in critical sectors, such as energy, electric vehicles, and semiconductors.
