技術摘要（英）
The service integration platform integrates various software technologies and applies the latest web services standards to offer one-stop services in a standardized and procedurized manner. The “one-stop services” are named so because everyone can use the platform as a single window to access integrated services offered by each governmental agency and thus eliminate the need to go to several governmental agencies owing to the administrative procedures of the government. The platform can process all inter-agency procedures. The functions of the service integration platform include service entrance, service registration, message brokerage, authentication and authorization, account management, notification services, etc. The main application of the platform is e-Government. By offering one-stop services to the public, this platform aims to eliminate the need for the public to run some errands. Meanwhile, this platform also reduces the cost of inter-agency communication and accelerate the accomplishment of public cases.
