Currently Human Resource Agency has provided a match-making tool to facilitate success rate of match making. That matching computation is done by comparing specialty tags of job seekers to match the similar tags of job vacancy categories. However, two important root causes of inaccuracy of that match making system are: 1. Personal information being registered by conventional job seeker is intended to be exaggerated about one's own abilities and skills in order to elevate the odds to get the job. However, for enterprise, in the phase of initial screening, autobiography of job seekers must be read in detail to comprehend the related descriptions on specialty qualifications and experiences before more accurate decision-making information can be provided. While for enterprise, it takes a lot of time and efforts to read plenty of job seekers' autobiography 2. For job seekers, employment platform provides two options of job seeking. Job seek may screen job vacancies by key words before match making system can proceed with match making, according to tags of specialties & skills of job seekers. While detailed requirements of job vacancies are described in job vacancies. In case the match making system ignores the descriptions of job vacancies, job seekers need to read the job descriptions to find applicable jobs among plenty of similar job vacancies with variant requirements.
