先進薄膜塗佈整線製程技術暨設備技術開發計畫

透過自主研發之超音波塗佈設備，搭配不同化合物漿料進行噴塗製程參數的控制，包括流量、行程速度、導氣氣壓、行走間距、噴頭高度及表面處理方式等，來達到良好的成膜效果且薄膜特性最佳化之目標，此技術包含「材料製程參數控制技術」、「材料噴塗參數最佳化技術」及「材料研磨與奈米分散技術」。

Through self-developed ultrasonic coating equipment coordinated with the control over spraying process parameters for feeding different composite slurry materials inclusive of flow volume, stroke speed, air guide pressure, moving distance, nozzle height and surface treatment, excellent filming effect is achievable and performance can be optimized. This technology is composed of the parameter control over material production processes, the parameter optimization of material spraying, together with material grinding and nanometer dispersion.
