先進薄膜塗佈整線製程技術暨設備技術開發計畫

1.本設備技術主要藉由精機中心發展多年的超音波噴塗技術為基礎，整合關鍵技術開發設備，並擴展至R2R、單機型、實驗型等領域及用途，其最大特點為具有可以在非真空狀態下，將漿料均勻塗佈於基材上，來達到連續精密鍍膜，實現大面積量產功能性薄膜產品之目標，符合產業界需求。此技術包含「導氣流場應用技術」、「低脈衝穩壓供料系統」、「狹縫供料系統內部流道開發技術」、「非真空製程整合技術」及「自清式噴塗設備技術」。 2.中華民國「超音波噴塗模組」、中華民國及中國大陸「複合型的超音波塗佈龍門機構」，共3案已取得申請案號。 3.中華民國「桌上立型噴塗機」、「壓力供料閉迴路控制系統」、「具自清潔的超音波塗佈設備」、中國大陸「具有自清潔的超聲波塗佈設備」、「環形供料導流裝置」，共5案已取得證號。

1. This equipment technology has been mainly developed by PMC for several years based on the technology of ultrasonic spraying. They are integrated with critical technological development equipment and expanded to R2R, single machine models and experimental realms and applications. They mainly feature a fact slurry material is evenly coated on substrates under non-vacuum conditions with continually precise film coating available. It is available for wide spraying ranges of huge mass production of film products meeting the demands among different industries.  This technology is composed of air guidance field application, low pulse stable pressure feeding systems, the development of internal flowing channels of silt feeding systems, the integration of non-vacuum production processes and self-cleaning spraying equipment.  2. This technology has filed for the patent right of "Ultrasonic Spraying Modules" in ROC and "Composite Ultrasonic Gantry Coating Mechanisms" in China respectively, totally 3 application numbers registered.  3. This technology has filed for the patent right of "Desktop Vertical Spraying Machines", "Pressure Feeding Enclosed Loop Control Systems", "Self-cleaning Ultrasonic Coating Equipment" and "Ring-like Feeding Guidance Equipment", totally 5 patent right numbers registered.
