技術摘要（英）
By focusing on machine tools, the heat deformation on every single casting piece is measured to understand the overall mechanical heat deformation caused by every single object. It can further understand the heat deformation types and occupied proportions caused by the heat sources internal to machine tools and environmental temperatures. Additionally, the error values of every single object are under overlay calculation on a whole machine set with the feedback sent to the design end for the reference made by upcoming development activities.
