技術摘要（英）
Includes the establishment of independent WCDMA L2 / L3 protocol software system, module cutting, program development, and integration of v1.0 software system has been completed to become the first mobile communication protocol software made in Taiwan ; the development and building of WCDMA protocol of automatic verification platform has been completed.
