國教數位內容交易平台，供學習內容廠商發佈學習元件並設定版權及交易資訊，一般平台使用者可搜尋學習元件並線上交易下載，平台會依據交易資訊設定版權管控資訊，使得使用者只能在特定裝置或特定網域及特定期限內使用學習元件。

The digital content transaction platform allows digital content vendors to distribute learning objects concerning national education and set copyright and transaction information. Users of the platform can search and download online learning objects. The platform can set up version control based on the transaction information, so that users can use the learning objects on specified devices, in specified domains or within specified periods.
