The present disclosure provides a gas measurement device, which comprises a gas channel module and a sensor component disposed within the gas channel module. The sensor component comprises a substrate, a metal layer and a porous membrane, and the metal layer is disposed between the substrate and the porous membrane. The present disclosure further provides a gas measurement method.
