一種目標客群消費偏好行為觀察伺服器包括記憶體、觀察條件接收模組及觀察結果產生模組。記憶體儲存複數人物誌型態及複數虛實融合行為偏好常模，其中各複數虛實融合行為偏好常模以複數人物誌型態為分類基礎。觀察條件接收模組產生觀察條件介面以接收一使用者由該複數人物誌型態指定其中之一之該人物誌型態。觀察結果產生模組訊號連接記憶體及觀察條件接收模組，觀察結果產生模組根據該指定之該人物誌型態由該複數虛實融合行為偏好常模產生目標客群消費偏好行為結果。
