1.藉由互動式流程及服務模組設計提升線下使用者數據蒐集效率，強化使用者研究流程。 2.採用個人化通訊社交軟體的跨螢互動體驗，開發對應互動科技裝置。 3.透過資料科學技術整合城市數據、生活及環境指標，發展使用者研究服務模組，引導使用者在遊戲化的互動體驗中回饋真實需求。

1.Improve the efficiency of offline user data collection and strengthen the user research process through interactive process and service module design. 2.Use the cross-fire interactive experience of personalized communication and social software, and develop corresponding interactive technology devices. 3.Integrate urban data, living and environmental indicators through data science and technology, develop user research service modules, and guide users to feed back real needs in gamified interactive experiences.
