去除蔬果芯部的系統及方法

本發明提供一種去除農產品芯部的方法。該方法包含藉由輸送機將農產品運往多個全向輪的步驟。該方法更包含藉由一或多個攝影裝置捕捉全向輪所夾持的農產品之農產品影像的步驟。該方法更包含藉由電腦裝置從農產品影像識別出農產品的芯部，提取芯部的芯部範圍資訊，及基於芯部範圍資訊判斷芯部是否已到達指定位置的步驟。該方法更包含響應於芯部未到達指定位置，藉由電腦裝置控制全向輪轉動農產品的步驟。該方法更包含響應於芯部已到達指定位置，藉由電腦裝置控制裁切刀具將農產品的芯部切除的步驟。本發明更包括去除農產品芯部的系統。

A method for coring produce is provided. The method includes the steps of transporting a produce toward multiple omnidirectional wheels by a conveyor. The method further includes the step of capturing a produce image of the produce held by the omnidirectional wheels by one or more camera devices. The method further includes the steps of identifying the core of the produce from the produce image, extracting the core area information of the core, and determining whether the core has reached the designated position based on the core area information by the computer device. The method further includes the step of controlling the omnidirectional wheels to rotate the produce by the computer device in response to the core not reaching the designated position. The method further includes the step of controlling the cutting knife to cut off the core of the produce by the computer device in response to the core reaching the designated position. The invention further includes a system for coring produce is provided.
