植物的破壁萃取方法

本揭露提供一種植物的破壁萃取方法，包括以下步驟。將植物與純水混合，再加入含鐵離子試劑混合後，加入過氧化物以進行反應裂解植物的細胞壁，以得到萃取液。之後，將萃取液進行超音波處理後，進行過濾提取，以得到萃取物。

A plant wall-breaking extraction method is provided, which includes the following steps. The plant is mixed with pure water, a reagent containing iron ions is added, then a peroxide is added to perform a reaction, so as to lyse a cell wall of the plant to obtain an extract liquid. After that, the extract liquid is subjected to an ultrasonic treatment and then filtered and extracted, so as to obtain an extract.
