光電轉換模組

一種光電轉換模組，其包含：一第一基板、一導電電極層、一第二基板、一光電轉換層及一邊框。導電電極層設置於第一基板上。第二基板與該導電電極層相對設置。光電轉換層設置於導電電極層及第二基板之間。邊框位於第一基板及第二基板之間且圍繞光電轉換層外圍。邊框、第一基板及第二基板形成一密封空間。導電電極層自密封空間內穿過邊框而延伸至密封空間外。

A photoelectric conversion module includes a first substrate, a conductive electrode layer, a second substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a frame.  The conductive electrode layer is disposed on the first substrate.  The second substrate is disposed opposite to the conductive electrode layer.  The photoelectric conversion layer is disposed between the conductive electrode layer and the second substrate.  The frame is located between the first substrate and the second substrate and surrounds a periphery of the photoelectric conversion layer.  The frame, the first substrate, and the second substrate form a sealed space.  The conductive electrode layer extends from inside the sealed space through the frame to outside the sealed space.
