A sensorless dynamic balancing technology and system for rotary tables is disclosed. The system enables the detection and compensation of unbalance by leveraging the collaborative operation of motor control and digital signal processing. Current signals and phase information derived from the rotary table’s operational data are analyzed through filtering and data processing algorithms to construct a dynamic balancing mathematical model. Without the need for additional sensors, the system accurately estimates the magnitude and position of the unbalance. The system offers high precision, high efficiency, and low cost, making it particularly suitable for dynamic balancing applications in high-precision machining equipment, including five-axis machine tools.
