The method ofmodifying a metal surface includes: providing a metal workpiece having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other; cleaning the first surface ofthe metal workpiece; applying an etching solution to the first surface ofthe metal workpiece to perform a corrosion and hole-making treatment to form a plurality ofholes on the first surface ofthe metal workpiece; applying a silane solutionto the firstsurface formed the plurality ofholesto performa silanization treatment to form a silane modified layer on an inner wall ofthe plurality ofholes; washing the metal workpiece; and drying the metal workpiece.
