Lucidity Enterprise Co., Ltd., established over forty years, has evolved from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). The company cooperates with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to advance smart manufacturing and enhance LED light design and manufacturing technologies. Lucidity Enterprise Co., Ltd. actively supports social welfare organizations, demonstrating a strong dedication to social contributions. Among its approximately 567 employees, an impressive 38 are individuals with disabilities, exceeding the required quota by 33, achieving an employment rate of about 6.7%. The company conducts energy-saving and carbon reduction strategies, adopts digitalization to strengthen Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, and has its factory-certified as a "Taiwan EEWH Diamond certification" and awarded the "Green Factory" certification. Over the years, Lucidity Enterprise Co., Ltd. has received numerous accolades including the Taiwan EEWH Diamond certification in 2017, National Quality Award in 2018, the Ministry of Education's Sports Enterprise certification in 2019, National Talent Development Awards in 2020, Taiwan Continuous Improvement Awards(TCIA) Gold Award in 2021, Taiwan Excellence Award in 2022, and the National Brand Yushan Award First Prize in 2022, along with being invited to meet the President, among other honors. These awards attest to Lucidity Enterprise Co., Ltd.'s growth and glory.
