WCDMA軟體整合技術

通訊軟體關鍵技術開發五年計畫

本技術遵循 3GPP 國際標準，提供 WCDMA L2/L3 協定軟體在與特定L1晶片及上層應用整合所需之必要模組，同時並協助完成相關的 L1/L2/L3 整合測試。主要技術規格如下：提供 USIM、AT、PHY S/W 等 WCDMA 協定整合功能。依循 3GPP R4 技術規範：23.060、25.201、25.211~25.215、25.302, 25.133、34.108、34.109  等。

雛型

本技術可用於協助我國廠商發展 3G 晶片與多媒體手機系統，已成功協助威盛電子發展 3G 晶片及協助英華達發展 WCDMA  手機產品，提升競爭力，有效鞏固我國手機產業優勢。

本技術在ARM嵌入式平台及Nucleus Plus作業系統下進行開發，提供L1 Control Software、 L1/L2/L3 Integration Test Cases、CS/PS Application、AT Command Interface及Man-machine  Interface等。

硬體：研發用個人電腦；Embedded ARM9發展平台；Ethernet網路通訊設備。軟體：Windows MNT；Nucleus Plus  ；Linux。

電機、資工、電信等相關背景，具 C、無線通訊、即時作業系統、嵌入式平台等技術專長。

發展 3G 通訊終端設備在多媒體傳輸應用、硬體平台、晶片組整合之核心技術，完成高效率 3G 晶片及應用整合介面之訂定，有效建立我國 3G 技術能量。此技術可與資策會所研究開發之 WCDMA L2/L3 通訊軟體模組一同技轉，協助廠商在使用該WCDMA L2/L3與特定 Layer  1硬體及應用軟體之整合。

Develops the core technology of 3G communications terminal equipment for multimedia transmission applications, hardware platform, chip group integration of to complete the establishment of high-efficiency 3G chip and application integration interface for effectively building Taiwan's 3G technological capability. This technology can be transferred with the WCDMA L2 / L3 communication software module developed by the Institute for Information Industry to assist the manufacturers in integrating the WCDMA L2 / L3 with specific Layer 1 hardware and application software.
