本發明提供一種腦部刺激訊號調控方法，包含：執行刺激回饋程序，包含：基於刺激參數提供多個感官刺激訊號至使用者，刺激參數包含頻率參數，取得回應於所述多個感官刺激訊號的回饋訊號，以及判斷回饋訊號指示正面回饋狀態或負面回饋狀態，當回饋訊號指示正面回饋狀態時，設定刺激參數為預設參數，以及當回饋訊號指示負面回饋狀態時，調整刺激參數的數值並再次執行刺激回饋程序。
